| Abstract: | Enterprise bond market is an important part of market oriented economy. and Its development proves signficant not only in the improvement of the market itself, but also in the development of the enterprise and national economy. However, the slow development of enterprise bond market remains a serious obstacle to the development of national economy. The signficance is discussed and an analysis is made in developing the market. Again, some basic suggestions of reform are presented. |
