| 摘 要： | 利用外资是我国改革开放进程中解决发展资金短缺问题的一项卓有成效的措施 ,外资在东部沿海经济腾飞中起了重要的作用 ,在新的国际国内环境下 ,中西部经济的长足发展要在很大程度上借助于外资的支持 ,中西部在实施国家西部大开发战略中能否成功与所吸引外资的数量有很大关系 ,中西部与东部相比在引资方面亦有比较优势
