| 摘 要： | "民本"是一个现代学术界创造的概念,许多学术争论源于对这个概念的不同理解.民本思想可以概括为一个核心理念与三个基本思路.核心理念是"以民为本",基本思路是"立君为民"、"民为国本"、"政在养民",据此可以推定民本思想一直是中国古代的统治思想.

| Abstract: | The idea of "Taking the people as the foundation of the state" is a concept created by the modern academic circle. Many controversies in academia derive from the different understanding of this concept. The idea of "taking the peopk as the foundation of the state" can be summed up as one core doctrine and three basic thinking ways. The core doctrine is"taking the people as the root", and the basic thinking ways are "the establishment of Monarch is for the people","the people is the foundation of the state" and" governing lies on feeding the people". Therefore, it can be inferred that the idea of "taking the peopk as the foundation of the state" had always been the ruling idea in ancient China. |
