| 摘 要： | 大力发展职业教育已经成为我们国家的一项重要国策。本文论述了西部职业教育发展在西部人力资源开发中不可替代的特殊作用;总结了近年来西部各省在职业教育中的创新实践;提出转变西部职业教育发展的指导思想,通过制度创新推动西部职业教育实现突破发展的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Vocational education development has already became an important national policy of our country.This article elaborated the special function of the vocational education development in western China and ponit out that it could not be substituted in western human resources development.The paper summarized the vocational education innovation practice in western provinces recent years;proposed the guidelines which transforms the western vocational education development,and put forward a strategic choice that could impetus the west vocational education so as to realize its breakthrough by system innovation. |
