| 摘 要： | 采用系统分析的方法,着重分析了高校图书馆采编业务外包的形式、必要性及其高校图书馆采编业务外包应注意正反两个方面的作用。从而得出:采编业务外包在降低图书馆的运作成本、节约资源;弥补高校图书馆人力资源的不足;缩短图书采编周期,提高编目质量;增强高校图书馆的整体竞争能力等方面显示了极大的优势。

| Abstract: | By using the method of system analysis, the article analyzes the necessities and the form of university library collecting-and-categorizing outsourcing, points out its positive and negative aspects. So we obtain its significantly advantages that it can reduce operating costs and conserve resources; make up the lack of human resources in University Library; shorten the cycle of editors and improve the quality of catalog; enhance the overall competitive ability and so on. |
