我国高新技术产业发展及其战略思考

随着科学技术的迅猛发展,高新技术产业正对世界经济的发展产生着重大影响。虽然我国近十多年来高新技术产业有了较快的发展,但与世界先进国家相比仍然存在着较大的差距。文章根据存在的问题和市场客观规律,提出了我国高新技术产业的发展战略。

Consideration on Strategy of Developing China's High and New Technological Industry

With the development of science and technology, high and new technological industry plays an important role in the world economy and has great effect on China's economy. Although China's high and new technological industry has made some progress, the gaps between China and developed countries have still been widened. In order to narrow the gap, the paper puts forward some strategies which involve deepening reform of the scientific and technological sector in line with the market-oriented economy, optimizing China's investment and fund-raising mechanisms and improving related laws.
