| 摘 要： | 分析了政治中不稳定因素对于维护政局稳定，构建和谐社会有着重要意义，指出要保持和谐的社会政治环境，需要法理性的合法性权威认同，满足社会一定的企望要求，以保证社会公平与正义，政治参与的有序与法制化，政治体制与机构的综合改革。
