农信社与战略合作伙伴间利润分配研究

通过构建战略合作伙伴关系，进一步增强竞争力成为农信社的战略选择。农信社和战略投资者、上下游供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系后，需要解决的核心问题是如何进行利益的分配以保障合作关系的稳定性和分配的公平性。在综合考虑影响分配的贡献度、资源投入、能力和风险等因素后，对Shapley值模型进行修正，提出了适用于农信社的利益分配方案，这一方案不仅可以提升分配的公平性，还可以实现隐性绩效的分配。

Study on the Profit Distribution Between Rural Credit Cooperatives and Strategic Partners

It's a strategic choice for the rural credit cooperatives to enhance competitiveness through establishing strategic partnership. After building the strategic cooperative partnership with strategic investors, upstream and downstream suppliers, the core problem needs to be solved is how to carry out the distribution of interests to safeguard the stability of cooperation and fairness of the distribution. This paper, first, considers the factors of the contribution of distribution, resource investment, capabilities and risk, and revises the Shapely model. And then, put forward a suitable profit distribution scheme for the rural credit cooperatives, which can not only promote the fairness of the distribution, but also achieves the implicit distribution of the performance.
