| 摘 要： | 社会建设是指按照社会发展规律,通过有目的、有规划、有组织的行动,构建公平合理的社会利益关系、增进社会全体成员共同福祉、优化社会结构、促进社会和谐、实现社会现代化的过程。当前我国现代化正处于新的历史转折时期,经济社会发展不协调是当前的主要矛盾,这一主要矛盾需要加强社会建设才能加以解决,加强社会建设是我国现代化不可逾越的阶段。社会建设面临包括民生事业建设在内的九大任务,加快社会建设同时需要建设战略性的工作体制机制。

| Abstract: | Society building is a process to construct the impartial social relationship,enhance the social welfare,adjust the social structure,promote the social harmony according to the law of social development and realize the modernization by the purposeful,planning and organized actions.China has developed into a new turning point and it's principal contradiction is that the economic development does not cohere with the social development.So enforcing the society building is an important measure to solve the principal contradiction and it is an insurmountable stage.Society building- has nine important tasks including the people's livelihood and so on.Meanwhile a strategic system and mechanism will be planned for accelerating the society building. |
