社会体制是社会秩序的结构及其运行机制。现阶段中国的社会体制是指为了实现公平与公正目标,社会建设的各类主体,包括政府、社会组织和私人部门在处理社会事务和提供社会公共服务过程中的角色、作用、相互关系等制度安排,是人们在共同体中的社会秩序和个体之间的行为合作方式。社会体制改革,首先要关注利益关系;其次必须完善社会治理机制;还要为建立一个社会的认同机制创造条件。
