农民工权益保护略论

针对目前我国农民工权益保护在就业、劳动合同、劳动环境与劳动时间、劳动报酬、社会保障与公共服务、权利救济等方面存在的诸多问题进行了研究。指出这些问题的形成既有体制、机制的原因，也与法律制定与实施及农民工自身素质存在缺陷有关，需要通过逐步消除城乡二元体制、加大政府工作力度、加强法律的制定与执行、提升农民工自身素质等加以改进。
