三种视角下的失地农民权益研究

为了总结近年来中国征地进程的加速、失地农民权益问题日益突出的现有研究成果和明确未来的研究方向,对现有的相关文献进行了整理和分析,发现现有的失地农民权益研究中主要存在3种研究视角,即社会结构的视角、社会制度的视角和不同主体博弈的视角。3种研究视角下的研究都得出了失地农民权益普遍受损,应进行征地制度改革以及完善相关法律法规等共性的结论,但在具体的改革方案上仍然存在着分歧。未来失地农民权益研究应更注重失地农民群体内的差异性以及失地农民自身的主体性,对失地农民权益问题进行动态的机制分析和系统的对策研究。

Research on the Land Cdeprived Peasants From Three Kinds of Perspectives

The problem of land-deprived peasants’ rights and interests is becoming more and more serious during China’s land expropriation.In order to summarize the relevant academic achievements and guide the future research,this article analyzes extensive literature and find out there are three main perspectives about this problem.They are the perspective of social structure,social system and study based on game theory.Research from these perspectives comes to several conclusions.For example,the rights and interests of fanners are unprotected, land expropriation system should be changed and relevant laws should be perfected.But there are still some debates about how to change the relevant systems.In the future research, more attention should be paid to the subjectivity of peasants and diversity inside the peasant group.Dynamic mechanism analysis and systematic countermeasures research are necessary.
