摘    要:分3个层次测定了软腐欧文氏菌(Erwinia carotovora susp carotovora)对大白菜根毛吸附的专化性.病菌吸附表现出对寄主根毛表面的选择性、病原细菌与寄主问的专化性、吸附菌量在病菌不同菌株和奇主不同品种间的差异.讨论了病菌吸附专化性在寄主-病原物识别中的意义.

Abstract:The specificity in adsorption of Erwinia carotovora subsp carotovora to root hairs of Chinese cabbage was tested and divided into 3 administrative levels. When 4 kinds of non-living materials were used as adsorbents, only 0. 12%~0. 75% adsorbed bacteria were detected as compared with that on root hairs of Chinese cabbage. No adsorption was found on root hairs of the plant by 3 species of bacteria which are non-pathogenic to Chinese cabbage,and very limited adsorption on the pathogen to the plants which are non-host or inoriginal host. E chrysanthemi, a species of the soft rot group of Erwinia,gave about 30% adsorption on the plant root hairs comparing with the adsorption by E carotovora subsp carotovora. The adsorption differences are also found between E carotovora subsp carotovora and subsp atroseptica,and between the isolates with different phenotypies of subsp carotovora. The amounts of attached bacteria on the root hairs by E carotovora subsp carotovora varied with different cultivars of Chinese cabbage.
