| 摘 要： | 阐述了生态资源短缺问题提出的时代背景，分析了森林资源匮乏、水资源短缺、湿地资源的减少对河北省带来的严重后果，论证了河北省生态资源短缺面临的问题障碍，提出了加强生态资源供给的发展思路与对策措施。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the background of the lack of ecological resources and states the severe consequences of the scarcity of forest,water and wetlands resources.Besides,it illustrates the problems of the lack of ecological resources in Hebei Province and provides the solutions by enforcing the provision of ecological resources. |
