试析文学作品中语言前景化策略的动因

作为诗歌语言或者进一步说文学语言的标志性特征,前景化策略一直是文体研究中的一个重要课题。但在文献中该领域的研究大多为对前景化的效果和手段的分析,罕有对该策略应用动因的系统分析。然而,在读者解读文本的过程中,对作家应用前景化策略动因的解析无疑是非常重要的一环。为此,笔者在大量文献研究的基础上尝试性地提出了一个较为系统完整的分析模式:文学作品中前景化策略的运用是基于创造美学效果、引导读者对语篇的认知、构成前景化结构的衔接与连贯这三个基本目的,而作家采用前景化策略的深层动因是实现其交际意图,向读者传达其对自然、社会、人生的特定感悟。论文应用大量实例验证了该分析模式的可行性。

The Potential Motives of the Writers' Employing the Foregrounding Strategy in Literary Works

As a distinctive feature of poetic or literary language,the strategy of foregrounding has been one of the key issues of stylistics researches.But in literature,most studies of this strategy are about its effects or measures,and systemic studies on the writers' motives of employing it are scarce.Yet,in deconstructing the meaning of the text,perception of writer's motives is a crucial step.So,on the basis of literature study,the paper proposes a tentative but systemic analysis model: aesthetic effects,guide of cognitive efforts,cohesion of foregrounding make up three direct motives and the writer' s communicative intention-the conveyance of their special understanding of Nature,society and life-constitutes the underlying motive.A big number of examples are cited and analyzed to prove the reasonability and feasibility of the proposed model.
