河北省城乡居民收入差距与经济增长的关系

按照库兹涅茨曲线理论和“滴流效应”假说,当前河北省伴随着经济增长而产生的城乡收入差距扩大是必然的经济现象,而且这种收入差距的扩大还会反过来促进经济更大程度的发展,并最终随着经济的发展而缩小到合理水平。为验证这一观点能否解释当前河北省经济发展状况,论文选用《中国统计年鉴》和《河北经济年鉴》1991年到2005年的城镇居民人均可支配收入、农村居民人均纯收入和经济增长速度三项指标,运用协整分析、格兰杰因果关系检验等方法对上述数据进行处理,最终得出了与假说相悖的结论,即河北省城乡居民收入差距的扩大并不是经济增长的结果,也不能通过经济的持续增长而有所缓解,而要通过推进经济体制改革打破城乡阻隔才能使其缩小。

The Exploration and Analysis on the Inhabitant Income Disparity between Urban and Rural Areas and the Economical Growth Relationship in Hebei Province

According to Kuznets curve theory and "the staxis effect" hypothesis,the current income gap between urban and rural areas accompanying economic growth in Hebei Province is an inevitable economic phenomenon,and this income gap will return back to economic developing in bigger degree,and finally be able to decrease to reasonableness.To verify whether this viewpoint is able to make an explanation to current Hebei Province economic growth situation or not,we choose city and town dwell disposable income,rural area resident net income and economic growth from China Yearbook and The Hebei Economy Yearbook arriving at 2005 in 1991,apply methods such as joint entire analysis and Granger Causality test to carry out treatment on above-mentioned data,and finally have reached the conclusion contrary to the hypothesis that the income gap between urban and rural areas is not entirely the result of sustained economic growth and neither can be mitigated by the economic growth.And the best method to narrow the gap is to promote economic reform to break through the barrier between the urban and rural areas.
