| 摘 要： | 论文从当今社会发展对人才适应性的要求出发，分析了现阶段高等院校人才培养方案建设存在的主要问题，阐述了制定和优化人才培养方案的原则和方法，并在此基础上提出了以素质教育为指导思想，努力构建创新型人才培养方案，争取培养更多高质量、高素质的合格人才，以满足社会对各层次人才的需求、促进经济建设的不断发展。
