摘    要:对职业教育观的正确认识有利于准确把握市场经济条件下职业教育的发展走向,从宏观和微观两个层面对新时期的职业教育观进行了重新认识。宏观层面的职业教育观主要包括:以人为本和实现人的可持续发展的职业教育价值观,坚持能力本位的职业教育质量观以及按职业教育规律办学的观念;微观层面的职业教育观主要包括:基于职业属性的专业观、基于建构主义的能力观以及基于工作过程导向的课程观。

Abstract:It’s helpful to accurately comprehend the trend of vocational education under the market economy if we take correct understanding on the concept of vocational education.In this article,the concept of vocational education of new era is re-understood from the macro and micro perspectives.The vocational education’s concept of microeconomic perspective include people-oriented values of vocational education and achieving people’s sustainable development,competency-based views on quality and concepts of running a school according to the rules of vocational education;The point of micro perspective include concept of profession based on occupational property,ability concept based on constructivism and course concept based on job process.
