| 摘 要： | 随着大学生就业制度的改革 ,学校由原来的管理职能逐步转变为服务职能 ,就业指导部门和人员应该努力帮助毕业生认清就业形势 ,了解就业动态 ,转变就业观念 ,分析就业信息 ,掌握就业技巧 ,发展就业能力 ,拓宽就业渠道 ,为毕业生提供更多的服务。
