| 摘 要： | 由于区域的可持续发展具有非线性的特点,加之区域可持续发展所形成的稳定有序结构又总是处于不断的运动与变化之中,因此,作为一项系统工程,区域的可持续发展本身的运作与发展空间完全符合耗散结构和协同效应的理论特征与规定。既然如此,实践中在考察一个地区的可持续发展状态时,也就不能简单地从维持这个地区的一般平衡结构的角度来僵化地进行衡量与判断,而是应从耗散结构和协同效应理论的角度来进行系统的综合分析与评价。

| Abstract: | Because regional sustainable development has the characteristic of nonlinearity,and the stable and order structure formed by it is constantly changing,therefore,as a systematic project,the operation and development of regional sustainable development perfectly suits the theoretical characteristics and regulations of dissipative structure and synergistic effect.Under this circumstance,when inspecting the state of the sustainable development in one region,we should not simply rigidly measure and judge it from the angle of maintaining the general balance structure in this region,but systematically carry out comprehensive analysis and evaluation from the angle of dissipative structure and synergistic effect. |
