| 摘 要： | 为适应科技发展需要,向社会输送高素质人才,研究了实践教学在人才培养中的地位和作用.提出了强化实践教学,提高大学生实践能力和创新能力的途径与措施:以深化实践教学改革为前提,以提高大学生综合素质为出发点,以更新教育观念和人才培养模式为先导,以培养方案创新为突破口.完善实践教学体系建设,优化实践教学内容;强化大学生实践技能培养,全面推进素质教育;加强实践教学管理,提高教师自身业务水平;加大实践教学基础设施建设,扩大实践教学资源.
