| 摘 要： | 根据当前的现实经济状况 ,我国应注意对现行的积极财政政策进行适当调整 ,主要可以通过调整优化国债投向和结构 ;降低税负 ,促进投资和消费的良性增长 ;加大实施消费性财政政策的力度 ;全面强化财政政策的公共职能 ;加快社会保障制度建立与完善 ;货币政策适当宽松 ,加大支持经济的力度等途径予以解决

| Abstract: | According to the economic situation at present,we should adjust the proactive fiscal policy properly mainly through adjusting and optimizing input and structure of national debts,decreasing tax payment to bring out good growth of investment and consumption;strengthening the carrying out of consuming fiscal policy;strengthening public function of fiscal policy in an all round way;speeding up establishment and improvement of social security;loosening monetary policy properly and strengthening supportive economy,etc |
