农民工社会保障问题分析

农民工正成为我国产业工人的主体,使工人队伍结构发生了历史性的变化。近年来随着农民工规模的不断扩大以及由此引起的各种矛盾和问题的出现,农民工问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注,而且对于农民工的社会保障权益也有了一部分研究成果。首先指出建立农民工社会保障体系具有深刻的政治、社会和经济意义,然后介绍几种关于农民工社会保障的代表性观点,最后提出对于农民工应建立起一个相对独立的过渡性社会保障体系,并且总结为农民工社会保障体系"三步走"思想。

Analysis of Social Security of the Migrant Workers

The fact that migrant workers are becoming the main body of industry in our country has brought about historical changes to the original working group structure. In recent years, the number of migrant workers is increasing, accompanied by diverse contradicts and problems. Therefore, migrant workers earn universal attention from various fields of the society, while a series of research has been done about the social security interests of migrant workers. In this article, the first part is found on the profound political social and economic meaning of establishing a social security system for migrant workers. Then the second part introduces several representative opinions. The last part points out that it is necessary to establish a relatively independent gilding social security system for migrant workers under some guiding principles. The three parts are simply summarized as "three steps".
