| 摘 要： | 近年来,高校突发事件及其管理问题越来越受到理论界的关注,但对其中的预警策略却研究较少。本文从现阶段我国高校突发事件的类型及管理特点入手,并结合实例分析高校突发事件管理中预警方面存在的问题和误区,在此基础上提出高校突发事件管理中的预警原则与策略。

| Abstract: | Emergencies are seriously imperiling the sustainable development of higher schools in transitional China.It is necessary to manage these emergencies.Based on emergency management,first,this paper analyses the type and characteristics of these emergencies.Secondl it analyses the problems and mistaken ideas in the alarming.Lastl,it puts forward some alarming rules and strategies in the governing these emergences. |
