| 摘 要： | 区域经济与城市群经济利益具有区域和行为主体特性,在利益属性上,两者均呈现出双重性。城市群与区域经济利益的实现,一方面要求区域内各领域的一体化,另一方面要求重视聚集经济效应。聚集经济是城市群和区域经济利益的一种实现方式,具体表现为近邻效应和专业化效应。城市群与区域经济利益的整合既可以通过城市职能分工整合模式实现,也可以通过产业集群化整合模式实现。

| Abstract: | This paper argues that the benefits of Urban Agglomeration and the region where it locates should be unified on the same foundation, and economic agglomeration should be brought into play on the basis of market integration,and harmonized development between Urban Agglomeration and regional economy should be achieved through setting up urban function division and integration mode as well as industrial agglomeration mode. |
