工科研究生压力应对方式与社会支持的差异研究

目的:调查工科研究生压力应对方式与社会支持两者之间的关系。方法:对512名学生的压力应对方式、社会支持进行问题调查。结论:工科研究生压力应对方式在性别、培养方式、婚恋状况、年龄上存在显著差异,而社会支持在性别、来源地、婚恋状况以及是否独生子女方面存在显著差异;社会支持各因子与解决问题、求助等应对方式呈显著正相关,与自责、退避、合理化等应对方式呈显著负相关。

The Differences of the Engineering Postgraduates' Stress Coping Styles and the Social Support

In order to investigate the relationship between the engineering postgraduates',stress and the coping styles and social support,the authors investigate 512 students' coping styles and the social support for them. It shows that the stress coping styles vary with the engineering postgraduates' gender,culture modes,marriage status and ages; and the social support differ in gender,origin,marriage status and whether or not an onlyson. The various factors of the social support are positively correlated with the ways of problem-solving help-seeking and other coping styles,while negatively with self-blame,withdrawal,rationalization and other coping styles.
