| 摘 要： | 分配正义是当今社会发展过程中的一个重大理论和现实问题。借鉴西方罗尔斯的分配正义理论,从构建和谐社会的视角讨论了中国当代的分配正义问题。构建和谐社会的基础是要在社会政治经济活动中实现和谐制度安排,建立和完善利益协调机制,但分配正义是实现和谐制度安排的本质所在,是建设社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,是构建和谐社会的伦理基础。最后对和谐社会视角下的分配正义实现路径作了一些探讨。
