The paper describes the process of former Soviet Union experts' aid to Beijing mining area, and probes into some measures adopted during the process , for example, making use of new techniques to restore the production of old coal mine, reforming mining methods to raise coal output, establishing geological survey teams to launch the investigation of resources, making regulations to strengthen the production and safety management.
