道德悖论视域内的安乐死问题

安乐死一直是个备受争议的话题,它维护患者的生命权和自主选择权,保证生命质量、维护生命尊严,对于家庭和社会有现代价值和现实意义;但同时它对伦理道德也产生了一系列负面影响,如纵容人们消极面对生命的态度,造成医生职业道德观念上的混乱和职责的困境,并且一旦被不法分子利用会造成社会混乱;然而安乐死是时代的潮流,是历史发展的产物,国家和社会应从各方面对安乐死进行规范,促使人们从思想观念上接受安乐死,推进安乐死的合法化,以实现它应该具有的价值。

Euthanasia From the Perspective of the Moral Paradox

Euthanasia has been a controversial topic,which maintains patients’ rights of life and right to choose,ensures the quality of life and preserves the dignity of life,thus it is of practical significance and modern value to the family and society;while at the same time,it makes a series of negative ethical impacts,for example,conniving the negative attitude to life,causing the confusion of medical professional ethics and duty dilemma,resulting in social chaos if used by criminals;euthanasia is a trend of the times and product of the historical development,therefore,our government and society should regulate all aspects of the euthanasia to promote the legalization of euthanasia and realize its values.
