我国出口型中小企业融资困境及对策

随着世界经济全球化的快速发展,出口型中小企业在我国经济发展和对外贸易中占据了重要的位置,已成为我国出口外向型经济增长的生力军。数据显示,我国进出口总额的60%是由中小企业来实现的。目前在全球金融危机、通货膨胀及人民币不断升值的压力背景下,我国出口型中小企业遇到了前所未有的发展困境。其中,融资难、融资成本高,已成为严重制约出口型中小企业发展的瓶颈。本文从出口型中小企业融资现状入手,分析了我国出口型中小企业所面临的融资困境及原因,并提出解决其融资难的问题的相应对策。

Financing Problems and Countermeasures of the Export-oriented SMEs

With the rapid development of economic globalization across the world,export-oriented SMEs(small and medium enterprises)are playing a more and more important role in China’s economy development and foreign trade.And there are some data showing that 60% of the total import and export has been realized by SMEs in China.At present,under the circumstances of global financial crisis,the inflation and appreciation of RMB,export-oriented SMEs are facing even more difficult situations to survive and develop,and financing is the major problem.In order to help SMEs,this paper first describes the present financing situation of export-oriented SMEs,then analyses the reasons of their financing difficulties,and puts forward some countermeasures in the end.
