| 摘 要： | 人们对医学评价主要是疗效。目前中西医结合研究 ,除了在基础理论方面 ,大量的是在临床治疗中 ,体现在中西药结合临床应用发挥中西药之长方面。在中西医各自理论的指导下选用中西药 ,即以中医药理论为主导 ,中西药合用 ,在辨证与辨病的基础上 ,根据中医的理论或西医的理论 ,选用中西药治疗。中西药结合作用于人体内 ,实际上是中西医结合内在的作用 ,从本质上说皆通过影响机体的生理、生化及病理等环节发挥效应 ,治愈疾病

| Abstract: | The main criterion for evaluating medicine is the therapeutic effect. Besides the research in basic theories, the research of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine at present is directed to the combined or selective use of Chinese drugs and western drugs in the clinical treatment guided by the respective theories of each medical system and based on differentiation of syndromes and diseases. The effect of the integrated use of Chinese and western drugs is in fact the underlying effect of the integration of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine, brought into play by affecting the body's physiology, biochemistry and pathology. |
