人体内气的功能与气在人体的分布部位之间存在规律性的、动态的联系,拟将这种理论称为"气位观"。从气位的关系来理解阴阳等基本概念并进一步阐释人体的生理、病理以及辨证治疗,可谓学习中医理论的重要门径。试总结为下述几点:气得其位为正常生理功能;气位失守为病理状态;恢复气位关系是治疗的目的;气行其位因时而动,治法亦因时而异;运气学说中的气位观。

On Concept of Qi Location Discussed in Canon of Medicine

The "concept of qi location" is the theory that there exists a regular and dynamic link between the functions of the body's internal qi and the distribution of qi in the body. An important way to study the theories of traditional Chinese medicine is by understanding the basic concepts of yin and yang and explaining the body's physiology and pathology and the differential diagnosis and treatment by means of the concept of qi location, which is summarized as follows. Qi in its proper place is the normal physiological function; qi out of place is the pathological state; restoring the normal relationship between qi and location is the purpose of treatment; the methods of treatment should vary with time since the qi location varies with the time. The author also emphasizes the importance of making the study of traditional Chinese medicine from the point of view of the theories of traditional Chinese medicine.
