诗词引导患者进入乐疗意境的可能性探讨

情感意蕴是音乐治疗之患者的心理基础 ,领悟音乐表达的情感 ,就能顺应乐曲调节自己的情绪而改善身体的状态。然而由于病人的文化修养、个人爱好、生活背景、年龄层次等不同 ,对音乐的理解领悟也不一。尝试用比较的方法 ,通过音乐与诗词对照 ,从内容、节奏、进入意境三方面论述在文字意义基础上感受音乐情感意蕴的可能性 ,论证诗词能够作为音乐治疗的桥梁 ,通过文字意义 ,提高病人的音乐感受力。

Feasibility of Poetry in Inducing Patients into Music Therapy

The emotional implication is the psychological basis for the patients receiving music therapy. A keen awareness of the emotional implication of the music enables the patients to adapt themselves to the emotions conveyed by the music and therefore improve the body conditions. However, people vary in cultural background, interests, living environment and age, and therefore different people have different understandings of the music. In this study, the control method was used to explore the feasibility of using poetry to induce the patients to experience and understand the emotional implication of the music in three aspects, i.e. content, rhyme and artistic conception. The authors try to demonstrate that poetry can serve as a bridge for music therapy and can enhance the appeal of music.
