| 摘 要： | 由于社会发展 ,公民权利意识的高涨 ,现行的医患纠纷解决机制在解决具体纠纷时的滞后性、低效率性等问题凸现出来 ,优化现行的医患纠纷解决机制成为必要。但优化的目标是什么 ?如何优化 ?这是我们研究医患纠纷解决机制优化面临的主要问题。为此 ,从现行的医患纠纷解决机制的实体法律规范方面和程序法律规范方面 ,对现行的医患纠纷解决机制的优化目标进行一个基本的描述和一些初步探讨
