| 摘 要： | 非典型肺炎的暴发,引起了全社会的广泛关注,我国政府在这次与非典的战斗中发挥了重大作用。但是在这一突发事件中,也暴露了我们现行卫生体系和医疗保健制度的某些缺陷,使我们看到医疗卫生改革和社会保障制度滞后可能造成的严重后果。痛定思痛,全方位建设和完善我国公共卫生体系已经刻不容缓。
