中药学专业的药理学个性化激励教学设计与实践

摘    要:在药理学专业课教学中,对大学生进行课堂激励是课堂教学有效开展的关键.为了更好地进行中药学专业大学生的课堂激励,应坚持“基于大学生个体特征”的理念,以专业发展需求为本,同时充分理解大学生个体特征,分析大学生个体变量,运用各种激励手段,以达到更好的教学效果.

Abstract:Motivation for students is essential to develop an effective class teaching in universities and colleges students for eourses of pharmacology. In order to better perform motivation in students of pharmacy major, the concept of “on the basis of college students’ individual characteristics” should be adhered to with the major development needs as main orientation. Individual characteristics should be fully understood, college students' individual variables should be analyzed with various means of motivation at the same time, in order to achieve better teaching effects.
