江苏省医药类高校校企合作现状与策略探讨

Study on Current Situation and Strategy of School-enterprise Cooperation in Medical Colleges in Jiangsu Province

With the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry in Jiangsu, it is becoming more and more impor- tant to research and develop new drugs and optimize the structure of medical professional training. School-enterprise cooperation in medical colleges plays an important role for promoting Jiangsu＇s capability to R＆D new drugs and meeting the demands of industrial development for all kinds of high-level medical professionals. The cooperation between medical colleges and enterprises in Jiangsu has been developing rapidly in various types and forms, but there are some problems, such as imperfect related policies and systems, insufficient motivation for cooperation and im balanced interest distribution among cooperators. Therefore, it is necessary to take the measures by improving policy system, innovating evaluation and cooperation mechanisms according to cooperation features for promoting the development of school-enterprise cooperation in medical colleges in Jiangsu effectively.
