中药高等教育的发展历程与思考

提升中药高等教育质量是满足中药产业高质量发展人才需求的重要途径。中华人民共和国成立后,在党中央和中央政府的大力支持下,中药高等院校教育得到了飞速发展,在人才培养、课程专业建设等方面取得了令人瞩目的成就,为中医药事业发展发挥了重要作用。但尚存在不足,需在强化教师现代知识体系的构建,创新开放式人才培养机制,整体提升中医药特色实践平台建设水平,夯实适应信息化社会的教学资源建设等方面进一步推进中药高等教育的改革。

The Development and Reflection of Higher Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Improving higher education of traditional Chinese medicine is regarded as a significant method to satisfy the demands of high quality and develop talents in traditional Chinese medicinal industry.The paper hackled the development process of higher education of traditional Chinese medicine and then pointed that higher education of traditional Chinese medicine in colleges and universities has rapidly developed with the vigorous support from our party and central government since the founding of the People's Republic of China.Talent cultivation and special construction for curricula have obtained remarkable achievements,which play important roles in propelling traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)course forward.Even so,there are still inadequacies.Hence,efforts should be paid for impelling higher education reform of traditional Chinese medicine in enhancing the construction of teacher's modern knowledge system,innovating the open mechanism of talent cultivation,upgrading the establishment level of practical platform with TCM characteristics,and tamping teaching resource construction adapted to the information-based society.
