| 摘 要： | 诚实信用原则作为民法基本原则的重要组成部分,在调节民事法律关系中发挥了重要的作用.在市场经济条件下,诚实信用原则作为维护市场的安全性、有序性及高效性同样发挥着不可替代的作用.可以说没有民事法律体系中的诚实信用原则,就没有真正意义上的市场经济.

| Abstract: | As an important component in the civil law,the principle of honesty and credibility has played an important role in the regulation of civil law relationship.Under market economy,this principle serves an irreplaceable role in maintaining market safety,orderliness and efficiency.It may be said that without this principle,there would be no real market economy. |
