中药企业规模与技术创新的关系研究

技术创新不足已经成为阻碍中药产业进一步发展的主要障碍。对163个样本中药企业进行回归分析，结果表明，中药企业规模与技术创新的关系呈倒 U 型，并且我国中药企业的规模多处于倒 U 的左侧。中药产业处于规模驱动发展期，因此突破规模约束有利于促进中药企业技术创新。通过企业兼并提高中药企业规模，增强中药企业的内涵建设，加大政府对中小中药企业的支持力度，注重建立地区中药产业生态集群是突破中药企业规模约束的重要途径。

Study on the Relationship between the Scale and the Technological Innovation of Chinese Pharmaceutical Enterprises

Lack of technological innovation has become a crucial obstacle to the further development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.According to the regression analysis of 163 samples of Chinese medicine companies,the results showed that the relationship between medicine enterprise scale and technology innovation is inverted-U-shaped,and that most of Chinese medicine enterprises＆#39;scale are located in the left side of the U,indicating Chinese medicine industry is in the period of scale-driven development.Therefore,breaking the constraints of scale will be good for the technological innovation.The following are crucial ways,including corporate mergers,enhancing the connotation construction of TCM companies,increasing the government support to the small and medium scale of enterprises,focusing on establishing Chinese medicine industry ecosystem clusters.
