中国公民社会的现状分析及其理论建构

随着中国现代化的推进,学术界对公民社会的内涵、特征、演变等进行了深入探讨.大量经验性数据表明,改革开放以来中国公民社会已初具规模并不断发展,主要表现是非营利组织兴起,公民社会力量影响国家政策及参与社会公共事务治理.中国公民社会萌生的原因可归结为经济政治体制改革、全球化参与、政治文化发展.鉴于中国的特殊国情和面临的国际环境,通过市场演化和政府建构型塑国家与公民社会之间的良性合作互动关系是未来中国公民社会发展的理想模式.

Present Situation of China's Civil Society and Its Theoretical Framework

With the developing modernization,China's academic circles are discussing in depth the connotation,characteristics and evolution of civil society.Lots of empirical data show that the civil society has been forming and developing on a large scale since China's reform and opening-up.There is a boom in non-profit organizations,and the initially formed civil society begins influencing public policy and participating in settling public issues.The reasons why China's civil society sprouts up are regarded as the political system reform,participation in globalization and change in political culture.In view of China's present situation and fundamental realities and the international conditions,the ideal pattern of China's civil society is a sound interactive/cooperative relationship between the state and citizens,which shall be fostered by both marketization and governmental design.
