电子政务与服务型政府建设

建设服务型政府目标的实现,需要借助创新的理念和方法;通过对电子政务与服务型政府二者的内涵及二者在交互发展过程中存在的问题的讨论,指出二者都体现了相同的服务行政的核心价值理念,而电子政务是推动我国构建服务型政府的重要力量之一。进而提出应该在我国服务型政府建设中,发挥电子政务所具有的新方法、手段、观念的作用;发挥电子政务对服务型政府建设进一步完善起到的促进作用和服务型政府的建设为电子政务发展提供良好环境的作用。

Electronic Government Affairs and Serving Government

Innovative ideas and approaches are needed to implement a serving government. Discussing the connotation of both electronic government affairs and serving government and the interaction between them in development, a conclusion is drawn that both incarnate the same kernel values of serving for administration especially the electronic government affairs play an important role in promoting the implementation of a serving government. It is suggested that the role of electronic government affairs including their means and concepts should be played fully during implementing the serving government and, in turn, the serving government will provide favorable condition under which the electronic government affairs can develop further.
