| 摘 要： | 由于法律上的不足、村规民约的违法及传统观念等原因,侵害农村出嫁女的土地承包经营权益的现象十分普遍。保障出嫁女的土地承包经营权应界定两个标准,同时结合十七届三中全会和《物权法》的精神,完善《农村土地承包法》及配套制度,提高农民的法治观念和法律意识。

| Abstract: | Because of law,rural regulation and traditional concepts,married woman's right to land contractual management is encroached and the phenomenon is widespread.Two Standard must be given to protect married woman's right to land contractual management.Meanwhile,combining Third Plenary Session of the CPC 17 and "Property Law",give some solution to perfect "Rural Land Contract Law"and related systems,as well as improve legal awareness of farmers. |
