Promoting Strong Cultural Province Construction of Henan by Industrialization

In the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" ,cultural industry is considered to be an important measure to adjust economic structure. It provides a historical opportunity and a good development environment for Henan's culture industry. It plays an important role in enhancing Henan's comprehensive competitiveness and influence to build Henan into a strong cultural province with rich cultural resources. To realize the goal,we should further clarify the guiding ideology and the overall goals,construct the key system of cultural industry development,promote the reform of cultural industry system,strengthen the construction of cultural markets,support the development of the private culture enterprises and promote the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure by brand strategy.
