| Abstract: | The individualism took the social contract and the natural right as the theory tools,criticized the feudalism despotic theory of the monarchial power given by the god,and proposed the people′s sovereignty,the thought of the divided powers and keeping them in balance by law,not only opened the democratic political front door,moreover provided the solid rationale and the legal safeguard for the constitutional government democracy. |
