| 摘 要： | 赃物犯罪的客体是司法机关追索赃物的正常活动,违禁品也是赃物犯罪的对象。事后知道是赃物还继续收藏的属于窝赃。立法应将收受赃物规定为犯罪行为。

| Abstract: | The object of booty crime is the normal activity that the judicial authority seeking the booty. Contraband is also the object of booty crime. Knowing it is booty and continuing to collect belongs to sheltering booty. Legislation should stipulate that accepting booty is criminal act. |
