| 摘 要： | 创新要有创造思维的指导,创造思维又是在创新中产生和发展的。创新在新的历史时期里指的是高新科技、先进管理和先进思想等的发现及其应用;创造思维是在辩证思维的基础上发挥人的主观能动性,深求未知领域的规律,获得创新成果的思维形态。创新和创造思维是辩证的统一。新世纪的创新人才,必须具备创造思维,只有这样才能完成历史赋予的使命。
