| Abstract: | The concrete method of the expropriation of rural soil in our country is contrary to social equity. In order to protect peasants' rational interests, the country should clearly confirm the connotation of public interests, deal with peasants at fair market price, and establish expropriation committee to guarantee the realization of rational and legal right of peasants in the procedure. |
