| 摘 要： | 文物返还国际争议体现了不同利益之间的紧张关系,一方倾向于将文物留存在国内,而另一方则极力主张文物的自由流转。解决文物返还国际争议,应遵循国际合作原则,寻求建立一种以共享和交流为主要方式的互惠性的安排机制,从而协调相互冲突的利益需求。

| Abstract: | International dispute over return of cultural objects is filled with tensions between conflicting interests with one side insisting on keeping all cultural objects at home and the other suggesting free movement of cultural objects worldwide.To solve this kind of dispute,principles of co-operation and exchange should be followed to establish a mutually beneficial arrangement focusing on sharing and exchange of cultural object among nations. |
