| 摘 要： | 在信息时代的开放背景下,同质化使银行同业间的竞争加剧,与信息化较为成熟的外资银行同台竞技获利空间大为缩小,甚至危及生存。从差异化视角分析,中国银行业的归核化发展战略,在实施中以合作竞争战略作有益补充;并以此克服功能同质化,塑造中国银行业的核心竞争能力。
